NightKept inarekodi nini? Unapobonyeza "Start Patrol", programu ya NightKept inarekodi mahali simu yako ilipo hadi utakapomaliza doria. Inaendelea kurekodi hata simu ikiwa imefungwa au programu imefungwa. Hairekodi mahali ulipo wakati mwingine wowote.

Utajuaje inarekodi? Ujumbe "NightKept — Patrol Active" unaonekana kwenye simu yako muda wote inaporekodi.

Kwa nini? Ili mwajiri wako aone kwamba doria zilifanyika. Taarifa hizi hazitumiki kwa matangazo na haziuzwi kamwe.

Nani anaziona? Mwajiri wako pekee, na wafanyakazi wachache wa NightKept wanapohitaji kusaidia au kulinda huduma.

Zinahifadhiwa kwa muda gani? Miezi 12 baada ya doria kuisha, kisha zinafutwa. Doria iliyosahaulika inamalizika yenyewe baada ya saa 14.

Haki zako Unaweza kuomba nakala ya taarifa zako, kuzirekebisha au kuzifuta. Ni bure.

What does NightKept record? When you tap "Start Patrol", the NightKept app records where your phone is until you end the patrol. It keeps recording even if the phone is locked or the app is closed. It does not record your location at any other time.

How do you know it is recording? The message "NightKept — Patrol Active" shows on your phone the whole time it is recording.

Why? So your employer can see that patrols happened. This information is never used for advertising and never sold.

Who sees it? Only your employer, and a few NightKept staff when they need to help or protect the service.

How long is it kept? 12 months after the patrol ends, then deleted. A forgotten patrol ends itself after 14 hours.

Your rights You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted. It is free.
